SDM has a combined network of after-sales services comprising a team of in-house personnel working in conjunction with an official workshop network that covers 100% of the territory of Spain and Portugal and a great many countries in the rest of the world. SDM’s after-sales service can perform the following functions:

  • Facility supervision.
  • Commissioning supervision.
  • Management of incidents and warranties of the brands we represent.
  • Repairs in the workshop and onsite.
  • Spare-part stock optimisation.
  • Training programmes.

  • Selection of equipment and technical consultancy.
  • Bid preparation for national and international projects.

  • Incident management: SDM manages incidents in two forms:
    • For end customers: we identify the problem and resolve the incident, providing a product warranty. If the incident involves a product of one of the brands we represent, we manage any possible warranty with the manufacturer.
    • For the brands we represent, we identify whether the incident could be covered by the warranty or not.
