SDM has a combined network of after-sales services comprising a team of in-house personnel working in conjunction with an official workshop network that covers 100% of the territory of Spain and Portugal and a great many countries in the rest of the world. SDM’s after-sales service can perform the following functions:
- Facility supervision.
- Commissioning supervision.
- Management of incidents and warranties of the brands we represent.
- Repairs in the workshop and onsite.
- Spare-part stock optimisation.
- Training programmes.
Pre-Sales Service
- Selection of equipment and technical consultancy.
- Bid preparation for national and international projects.
- Customised solution design.
After-Sales Service
- Facility supervision.
- Commissioning supervision.
- Repairs in the workshop and onsite.
- Training programmes.
- Incident management: SDM manages incidents in two forms:
- For end customers: we identify the problem and resolve the incident, providing a product warranty. If the incident involves a product of one of the brands we represent, we manage any possible warranty with the manufacturer.
- For the brands we represent, we identify whether the incident could be covered by the warranty or not.
Milton Roy Authorized Service Center for Spain and Portugal
SDM has been appointed by Milton Roy as the official workshop to carry out repairs on behalf of Milton Roy in Spain and Portugal, having successfully completed the rigorous certification process required by such an important company.
